All three examples are coincidentally wildly unaffordable places to buy houses in, at least for Shanghai and Beijing.
DIALOGUE 对话 duìhuà
A: Tīngshuō nǐ xiǎng bānjiā?
B: Duì. Wǒ xiǎng bān dào jiāoqū qù.
A: Wèishénme? Jiāoqū zuòchē bù fāngbiàn de. Nǐ bù xǐhuān zhù zài shìqū ma?
B: Wǒ dāngrán xǐhuān zhù zài shìqū. Zài shìqū jiāotōng hé gòuwù dōu hěn fāngbiàn, búguò zū fángzi shízài tàiguì.
A: Zhèyàng a. Qíshí shìqū yě yǒu piányí de xiǎo qū, bú guò huán jìng bú tài hǎo.
B: Míngbái le. Wǒ zài kǎolǜ kǎolǜ ba. Xièxiè nǐde jiànyì.
A: I heard you want to move?
B: Yes. I’m thinking of moving to the suburbs.
A: Why? It's not convenient to take public transportation in the suburbs. You don't like living in the city?
B: I certainly like to live in the city. The traffic and shopping is very convenient in the ciry, but it's really too expensive to rent an apartment in the city.
